Shipping Information
1) Hairloom Free Shipping applies to all orders over $100 within the Continental U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). Hairloom Free Shipping will be shipped via UPS, USPS First Class or UPS Priority Mail. These methods typically take 2 to 5 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that actual shipping time in transit may vary and at times may take longer than the stated delivery time.
2) Hairloom Flat Rate Shipping is $8.99 for all orders within the Continental U.S. 48 States.
3) Standard rates apply to other methods including air shipping and international. You can obtain shipping quotes in the store checkout.
4) For all orders that are refused delivery, returned to sender or any international orders where you refuse to pay duties and taxes (customs fees), we will deduct the shipping cost from any product refund due.
